Adjust communication preference for Dutchie Account holders

Communication preferences can be adjusted for Dutchie account holders in a number of ways. Dutchie POS admins can adjust communication preferences for consumers from the Dutchie Register or Backoffice. Consumers can adjust their own preferences on Dutchie E-Commerce and Mobile Apps.

Which preferences can be changed?

  • Opt out of or into email messages
  • Opt out of or into text (SMS) messages
  • Opt out of or into push notifications

Adjust communication preferences from Dutchie Register

Dispensary employees can change a customer's communication preferences in the Register by going to a customer profile and selecting the Preferences tab.

Adjust communciation preferences from Dutchie Backoffice

Dispensary admins can change a customer's communication preferences in the Backoffice by going to a customer profile and scrolling to the Communication Preferences section.

Adjust communication preferences on Dutchie E-Commerce web

Customers can change their own communication preferences by logging into their account, navigating to your menu, then selecting My Account > Preferences.
