Use this article as an Inventory Manager to troubleshoot why items marked as available and in stock in Dutchie POS remain hidden from the Dutchie E-commerce menu.
What is the issue?
Even with the correct toggles and stock levels, a product will be blocked from the menu due to missing data like weight, concentration, or a lack of an assigned brand.
What’s causing the issue?
The most common cause is a lack of Grams or Concentration values. Dutchie requires these to display weight-based or unit-based products correctly, excluding products included in Edibles, Accessories, and Apparel categories. Another cause is a Low Inventory Threshold at the Location level in Dutchie POS.
How do I solve the issue?
- In the Dutchie POS Catalog, open the product and ensure the Weight (Grams) or Concentration (mg) fields are filled out.
- Verify that a Brand is assigned to the product.
- Go to Settings > Locations in the POS and check the Low Inventory Threshold field for your specific store.
- Ensure the Online Title and Description are populated in the Online Details tab.
- Save the product and wait for the next sync.
