Use this article to help a Retail Customer reset their Dutchie account password and regain access to their profile, order history, and rewards.
What is the issue?
Customers who have forgotten their login credentials for their Dutchie.com account cannot access their account to place orders or view their loyalty points.
What’s causing the issue?
Password reset issues usually occur when a user no longer remembers their original login credentials. Additionally, if users sign in with Google or Apple, they will no longer be able to use an email and password and instead will need to use Google or Apple in the future.
How do I solve the issue?
Before you begin, ensure you have access to the email account associated with your Dutchie account and check that your Caps Lock is turned off.
- Go to www.dutchie.com and click Log in in the upper-right corner (or use the Sign in link on your dispensary’s online menu, if available)
- Click the Forgot Password? link located below the login fields.
- Enter the email address associated with your Dutchie account.
- Click Submit.
- Open your email and look for a message from Dutchie with instructions to reset your password. Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.
- Open the email and click the reset link provided.
- Note: This link is valid for 1 hour. If it expires, you’ll need to request a new reset email.
