The Loyalty and Marketing Analytics Dashboard provides insights into loyalty program performance, marketing channel effectiveness, and Dutchie E-Commerce funnels within the Dutchie Backoffice.
The Dutchie Loyalty and Marketing Analytics Dashboard serves as the central nervous system for your dispensary’s retention and engagement strategy. Located within the Reports section of Dutchie Backoffice, this interface transforms data into actionable insights—ranging from high-level metrics like Lifetime Value (LTV) and Point Liability to granular performance tracking for SMS, email, and push notification workflows.
Whether you are optimizing your E-Commerce funnel or evaluating the direct revenue impact of specific loyalty tiers, the L&M Dashboard provides a unified, year-long window into how effectively your brand is converting casual shoppers into lifelong advocates.
Things to know
- Users can pull report data for a maximum of one year from the current date.
- Dashboard visibility depends on your subscription tier and whether you use Dutchie E-Commerce or the Dutchie Mobile App.
- Non-subscribers and users on the free loyalty tier will see prompts to upgrade for advanced marketing insights.
- Advanced insights include workflows, channel performance, and tier breakdowns.
Access the dashboard
- Navigate to Reports in the Dutchie Backoffice.
- Select Marketing.
- You will be brought to the Overview tab.
View dashboard metrics
The Overview report displays key performance indicators for your loyalty program. Standard metrics available to users include:
- Total Loyalty Members
- Total Point Liability
- Lifetime Value
- Transactions
- Average Order
- Gross Sales
- Discounts Redeemed
- Cost of Discounts
Under the Reports tab, you can access and favorite other reports available in Dutchie POS.
Understand feature visibility
The information displayed on the dashboard changes based on your active Dutchie services and subscription level.
Advanced loyalty and marketing
If you use Advanced Loyalty Marketing or Loyalty Marketing Pro, additional sections are unlocked:
- Loyalty tier comparison: Compare the performance across different loyalty tiers.
- Channel performance: View engagement and performance data for Email, SMS, and Push notifications.
- Workflow leaderboard: Identify which workflows generate the most direct and indirect revenue, as well as which workflows are not performing.
Dutchie E-Commerce and Dutchie Mobile App funnels
The dashboard displays conversion funnels for specific sales channels:
- Dutchie E-Commerce funnel: This section appears if you use Dutchie E-commerce. If you do not use E-commerce, an upsell prompt will display in this area.
- Dutchie Mobile app Funnel: This section appears if you use the Dutchie Mobile App. If you use Dutchie E-commerce but not the Dutchie Mobile App, you will see the web funnel but not the app funnel.
