This article explains how brand owners can request access to the Dutchie Brand Portal and what to expect during the onboarding process. It is intended for Marketing Directors, Brand Owners, Brand Managers and adjacent roles.
The Dutchie Brand Portal gives cannabis brands a dedicated space to manage their presence across the Dutchie platform. Through the portal, brands can upload assets, manage their company profile, and ensure that their products are represented accurately wherever Dutchie powers retail.
Access to the Brand Portal is set up through Dutchie Support. Once onboarded, brand owners take full responsibility for maintaining their profile and assets. Retailers and Dutchie do not manage brand content on your behalf.
Things to know
- You must contact Dutchie Support to initiate onboarding.
- You may need to wait up to 5 business days after you have contacted Dutchie Support and shared the required information.
- Brand presence and asset management within the Brand Portal are the responsibility of the brand owner. Dutchie and the retailers who sell your products do not manage your portal content.
Step 1: Contact Dutchie Support to request access
To get started, reach out to Dutchie Support and request onboarding into the Brand Portal.
Step 2: Provide the required information
When you contact Dutchie Support, include all of the following:
- Brand name
- Email contact: the email address Dutchie Support should use to reach you during onboarding
- High-resolution logo: This should be in .jpg or .png format.
- Company description
Submitting complete information helps avoid delays in your onboarding timeline.
Step 3: Receive Brand Portal access
Once Dutchie Support initiates your onboarding, you will be contacted via email and receive access to the Brand Portal within 5 business days.
Managing your brand presence
After you receive access, your team is responsible for keeping your Brand Portal content accurate and up to date. This includes your logo, company description, and any other brand assets you upload.
Dutchie does not manage or update brand content on your behalf. Retailers who carry your products through the Dutchie platform also do not have the ability to edit your brand profile.
