View a consumer's loyalty history in Dutchie Point of Sale

This article explains how to view the Loyalty Ledger on a consumer's profile in Dutchie Point of Sale, for Dispensary Managers and Lead Budtenders using Dutchie Loyalty & Marketing. 

The Loyalty Ledger gives your team a detailed, chronological view of a consumer's loyalty activity directly from their profile. Available in both Dutchie Register and Dutchie Backoffice, the ledger surfaces loyalty history alongside product history and transaction history in a single consolidated view.

This feature is useful for Dispensary Managers who need to audit or verify a consumer's loyalty activity, and for Lead Budtenders who want to review a consumer's history during a transaction or support interaction. Rather than navigating away from the consumer profile, staff can access loyalty data in context, in a sortable, pageable, and exportable format.

Things to know

  • The Loyalty Ledger is available on the consumer profile in both Dutchie Register and Dutchie Backoffice.
  • Loyalty history appears alongside product history and transaction history under a consolidated History dropdown on the consumer profile.
  • The ledger is sortable, pageable, and exportable.

View the Loyalty Ledger in Dutchie Backoffice

 

  1. Open the consumer's profile in Dutchie Backoffice.
  2. Locate the History dropdown on the profile.
  3. Select Loyalty history from the dropdown options. The other available options are Product history and Transaction history.
  4. Use the sort and page controls to navigate the ledger entries.
  5. To export the data, use the export option. The exported file includes all ledger data.

View the Loyalty Ledger in Dutchie Register

  1. Open the consumer's profile in Dutchie Register.
  2. Select the History tab on the profile.
  3. Choose Loyalty history from the available history options.
  4. Use the page controls to scroll through the consumer's loyalty activity.
