Illinois has updated its recreational purchase limits as of June 12, 2026. This article explains how to update purchase limits in Dutchie accordingly.

In Dutchie POS
- Go to Settings > Taxes & compliance.
- Select the Purchase limits tab.
- Update your purchase limits according to the table below.
- Your exact product category names may vary.
- You should have separate limits for each product category for in-state and out-of-state recreational customers.

In Dutchie E-Commerce
No action is required. Purchase limits are not user-configured in Dutchie E-Commerce. We have deployed updates in Dutchie E-Commerce to enforce the updated purchase limits for online orders.
