Illinois | June 2026 recreational purchase limits update

Illinois has updated its recreational purchase limits as of June 12, 2026. This article explains how to update purchase limits in Dutchie accordingly.

In Dutchie POS

  1. Go to Settings > Taxes & compliance.
  2. Select the Purchase limits tab.
  3. Update your purchase limits according to the table below.
    • Your exact product category names may vary.
    • You should have separate limits for each product category for in-state and out-of-state recreational customers.

In Dutchie E-Commerce

No action is required. Purchase limits are not user-configured in Dutchie E-Commerce. We have deployed updates in Dutchie E-Commerce to enforce the updated purchase limits for online orders.
