Coming Soon: Manage products and category sorting in E-Commerce Admin

This article explains how to use the updated Manage Products screen and category sorting features to customize how products and brands appear on your Dutchie E-Commerce site. This feature will be available in July 2026.

The Menu screen  options for Dutchie E-Commerce give you the ability to create and manage how products will sort and appear to shoppers on your Dutchie E-Commerce menu.

From this screen you’ll be able to manage the visibility of products across your menu and configure the order of products in the following categories:

  • Manage products: A robust way to access and view all of the products on your menu, choose whether to display, and view out of stock items.
  • Default: You can manage how products are sorted by default within each category on your menu.
  • Featured: When customers view a category page sorted by "Featured", they will see your featured products first in the custom order you set below, followed by all other products sorted by popularity.
  • Brand: When customers sort by "Brand", they'll see your featured brands first.

Troubleshooting: Changes not appearing on the site

If you do not see your changes immediately on your live dispensary site, it is likely due to browser caching.

  1. Open an Incognito or Private browser window.
  2. Navigate to your dispensary site and the specific category page.
  3. Confirm the products or brands appear in the updated order.
  4. Close the Incognito window when finished to reset the cache again.
  5. If changes still do not appear, wait 10 minutes for the system cache to refresh.
