Action Required: Update Your New Mexico Purchase Limits for NMS2S
To ensure accurate enforcement for both medical and recreational sales, please review and update your Purchase Limits in Dutchie Backoffice.
Why This Matters
Dutchie automatically pulls live remaining allotments directly from NMS2S for medical sales. Assigning purchase limits to "Medical" or "All Customers" overrides this live pull and prevents accurate register enforcement.
What You Need To Do
- Go to Settings > Taxes & Compliance > Purchase Limits in Dutchie Backoffice.
- Ensure the customer type scope for each limit is set to Recreational only.
