This article explains how to track loyalty program enrollments by location and by budtender using the new reporting tools in Dutchie Backoffice.
If you're a Marketing Director or Manager, you can use these reporting tools to see which locations and enrollment sources are driving loyalty program growth, so you can direct marketing spend toward what is working. If you're a Dispensary Manager or General Manager, or a Director of Retail, you can use the budtender leaderboard to see which staff members are enrolling the most customers in person, which gives you a way to recognize top performers and identify coaching opportunities across your team. Together, these tools give you a clearer picture of loyalty program performance across locations, staff, and enrollment channels.
Before you begin
- You will find these reporting tools in Backoffice under Reports > Marketing > Overview > Total Loyalty Members.
- The budtender leaderboard only counts enrollments that originated at Dutchie POS. Enrollments from other sources, such as Dutchie E-Commerce or Payments Hub, will not count toward a budtender's leaderboard total, even though they still appear in the overall enrollment source data.
- The location enrollment chart groups data to show your top 6 locations. If you operate more locations than that, smaller locations may be grouped rather than shown individually.
- The multi-select location filter persists across date-range changes, so if you narrow your view to specific locations, that filter will stay in place when you adjust the date range.
Access the loyalty enrollment reports
- Log in to Dutchie Backoffice.
- Navigate to Reports > Marketing > Overview.
-
Select Total Loyalty Members to open the dashboard.
From this dashboard, you can view enrollment trends and drill in to see budtender-level and source-level detail, as described below.
Total enrollments report
Location enrollment chart
The Total Loyalty Members dashboard includes a line graph showing loyalty enrollments by location, tracked month-over-month. The chart uses smart grouping to display your top 6 locations, so if you have more than 6 locations, the chart condenses the remaining locations to keep the graph readable.
Compare the highest and lowest performers
| Chart element | What it shows |
|---|---|
| First three colored lines | The three authorized locations with the highest total new enrollments in the selected date range. |
| Next three colored lines | The three authorized locations with the lowest totals. Locations with zero enrollments can appear here. |
| Gray dashed line | Other locations combined: only the middle-ranked authorized locations, combined month by month. |
| Left axis | Raw enrollment counts for each named location. |
| Right axis | The raw combined count for middle-ranked locations. |
Rankings use the full selected report period. Missing months are zero-filled, and each authorized location appears at most once.
Inspect exact values
Hover over a month to see its month and year plus the raw enrollment count for each visible named location and the combined middle group.
Choose a custom subset
- Select All Locations in the page header.
- Search for a location or use the checkboxes to change the selection.
- Choose Select none to clear the chart, or Select all to restore every authorized location.
This filter persists across date-range changes, so you do not need to reapply it each time you adjust the reporting period.
Budtender leaderboard
The loyalty drill-in page includes a leaderboard that displays employee names, their number of in-store enrollments, and their primary location. This leaderboard specifically filters for enrollments that originated at Dutchie POS, so that store staff receive accurate credit for sign-ups they complete in person.
- From the Total Loyalty Members dashboard, open the drill-in page.
- Review the leaderboard to see employee names, in-store enrollment counts, and each employee's primary location.
Troubleshooting
Why doesn't a budtender's enrollment count match the total enrollments for their location?
The budtender leaderboard only counts enrollments that originated at Dutchie POS. A location's total enrollment count may include enrollments from other sources, such as Dutchie E-Commerce or Payments Hub, which will not appear in any individual budtender's leaderboard total.
Why don't I see all of my locations listed individually on the location enrollment chart?
The chart applies smart grouping to show your top 6 locations. If you operate more than 6 locations, the remaining locations are grouped together rather than shown as separate lines.
Why did my location filter reset when I'm not expecting it to?
The multi-select location filter is designed to persist across date-range changes. If you see different results than expected, confirm which locations are currently selected in the filter before changing the date range.
