Dutchie Loyalty & Marketing Pro now includes Halloween SMS templates! These are seasonal templates that are temporarily available for certain holidays, and you will find them in the campaign builder in Dutchie Backoffice. The Halloween templates are available October 26 through November 1, 2026 only.
If you manage marketing for your dispensary, a holiday template gives you pre-written SMS wording to start from when you plan a seasonal message to your consumers. If you oversee the dispensary, the templates give you a way to keep holiday messaging consistent with your other campaigns. Because the templates are available for a limited time, plan your Halloween campaigns before the window closes.
Where to find Halloween themed SMS templates
Halloween themed templates and content can be found in the Campaign Builder when you are creating an SMS campaign.
- Go to Dutchie POS Backoffice > Marketing > Campaigns.
- Pick an automated or one time campaign
- Choose SMS messages the Channel Select Screen
- Choose a template in the template builder. You can make your own design or choose a Halloween theme by searching for seasonal templates.
- In the Build Content screen, choose a Halloween themed message to share.
Here are the messages you can choose from:
- Happy Halloween! [Dispensary Name] has a new update for you - [Link]
- Happy Halloween from [Dispensary Name]. You have a new message. Open it here - [Link]
- Hi [First Name], Happy Halloween! [Dispensary Name] sent you a notification - [Link]
