Receipt Audits allow you to view the receipts of transactions completed in Dutchie POS and Metrc and manage any discrepancies. Discrepancies are noted as unreconciled receipts and must be investigated to be reconciled or voided. You can navigate between 6 tabs within Receipt Audits:

• Unreconciled Dutchie POS receipts
• Unreconciled Metrc receipts
• Reconciled receipts
• Void Dutchie POS receipts - Shows receipts for that have been voided in Dutchie POS.
• Delivery receipts - Show receipts for delivery transactions.
• Non Cannabis receipts - Show receipts for purchase of non cannabis products at your dispensary such as, water pipes, lighters, and candles. 

Things to consider

• Metrc must be enabled to use this feature.
• This requires the View Receipt Audit user permission.
• Tables will only show receipts for the date you run a query for.

To perform receipt audits go to Traceability > Receipt Audit, enter the date you want to run an audit for and click Run.

Audit unreconciled Dutchie POS receipts

1. Click the Unreconciled Dutchie POS Receipts tab. 
2. The table will show any unreconciled Dutchie POS receipts that haven't been posted to Metrc.
   Note: Unreconciled Dutchie POS receipts should be investigated and sent to Metrc to be reconciled.  

Audit unreconciled Metrc receipts

1. Click the Unreconciled Metrc Receipts tab. 
2. The table will show any unreconciled Metrc receipts that haven’t been posted to Dutchie POS.
   Note: Unreconciled Metrc receipts should be investigated and voided.  

View reconciled receipts

1. Click the Reconciled receipts tab. 
2. The table shows reconciled receipts for the date the query was run. 
   Note: Dutchie POS and Metrc receipts are identified by their Dutchie POS Receipt ID and Metrc Receipt ID numbers.
