Use search to find products and view product details.
In the Products section of the Register, you can look up and browse products in your inventory while consulting with your customers to find the right products for them.
Add items
Select Products from the main menu, or select Add items when viewing a cart:
Search products
Scan a barcode or use the search bar to look up a specific product by name.
Browse products or narrow your search using the Categories, Strains, Brands, Vendors, and Tags dropdowns. Scroll through the available options or search for a specific category, strain, brand, or vendor, and click the checkboxes to apply your filters.
When filtering by tag, the Register will only show tags assigned to packages in Rooms configured as a Sales Floor, hiding any tags that don't apply to in-stock inventory or tags used for wholesale purposes.
Note that you can only filter by inventory tags, not product tags, and as a result, the Tags filter is not available on fulfillment carts.
Click any column header to sort the products list alphabetically or from most to least. This can be especially useful when customers ask for recommendations based on potency. Click the column header again to change the order.
When you select a product from the list, further details are shown on the right, including Lab Results.
