The Products module helps you manage everything related to the products in the Backoffice. This includes managing Brands, Inventory, Strains, Purchase Orders, and more.
The table below shows the sections found under the Products module and where you can access more information:
| Section | Description |
| Inventory | Manage inventory data and complete inventory actions such as receiving inventory, manifesting inventory, adjusting inventory, and creating packages. Learn more about inventory management and functionality by visiting the Inventory section in the Help Center. |
| Catalog | Helps your cannabis operation with inventory management. Via Catalog you can copy and create new catalogs for inventory, view transaction history of products, and retire products, see Manage products in Catalog. |
| Manifests | Use the Manifest tool to create manifest and transfer inventory on a wholesale or retail. These are for manifest between facilities and not deliveries. |
| Purchase Orders | Purchase orders allow you to create new Purchase orders and request inventory from vendors. Through the Purchase orders tool you can create a new PO, receive a PO, and complete a PO. |
| Orders | The Orders tool allow you View order details by product or by customer. You can see details about fulfilled, New, and Rejected. |
| Audits | Count, scan, or reconcile inventory through Audits. |
| Journal | The Product journal allows you to view all changes made to package records and search for records by batch and by package. |
| Vendors | Vendors allows you to manage the history of vendors connected to your dispensary. |
| Manufacturers | Manage the manufacturers you work with and receive products from. Manufacturers is primarily for processing facilities. |
| Brands | Manage the brands your dispensary comes in contact with. |
| Strains | Serves as a central data point for most cannabis operations strains are required to operate cultivation and processing facilities. |
