Track a product's history in the product journal.
Things to consider
- Each product must have a Batch ID.
- Package ID, External Package ID, and Batch ID are the same.
View product journal
Journal provides a wider view of a product’s history. The product journal list view shows the activity history of a product and who performed the activity.
Go to Products > Journal.
Search and filter product journal
The product journal allows you to search for products by batch ID, Package ID, SKU, or product name.
- Enter the Batch ID, Package ID, or SKU of the product you want to search for.
- Click Search.
- Optional: Select an Activity from the dropdown to filter for products with a specific Activity designation.
- Optional: Select a location from the Location dropdown to filter for products in a specific location.
