The Orders tool allows you to view details about customer transactions. Orders are housed in two tabs, Orders and Products.
The Orders tab contains a list of all customer orders and can be filtered by Fulfilled, New, and Rejected statuses. The Products tab lists orders by Product.
To view Orders, go to Products > Orders.
View orders by customer
- Click the Orders tab.
- Search for an order by customer name.
View orders by product
- Click the By product tab. If you don't see this tab, contact Dutchie Support to have the Orders by Product feature turned on.
- Search for an order by product name.
To delete an order, click the ellipsis "…" on the order you want to remove and select Delete. To export an order list, Click the Actions dropdown, and select Export.
