If you need to manually adjust a customer’s loyalty point total for any reason, you can do so from the Register or from Backoffice.
Things to consider
- This article applies to Dutchie POS’s built-in loyalty features. You will follow a different process if you use a third-party loyalty integration.
- By default, any user can adjust loyalty points. We recommend contacting Dutchie customer support to enable optional settings that require a manager PIN and a reason for loyalty point adjustments.
- If you're switching to Dutchie POS or Dutchie Loyalty from another platform, our team can help migrate your existing customers and their point balances during the onboarding process.
