If you need to manually adjust a customer’s loyalty point total for any reason, you can do so from the POS.
Things to consider
- This article applies to Dutchie POS’s built-in loyalty features. You will follow a different process if you use a third-party loyalty integration.
- By default, any user can adjust loyalty points. We recommend contacting Dutchie customer support to have your Registers configured to require a manager PIN and a reason for loyalty point adjustments.
- You can only adjust loyalty points from the Register.
- If you're switching to Dutchie POS or Dutchie Loyalty from another platform, our team can help migrate your existing customers and their point balances during the onboarding process.
Adjust loyalty points on a customer’s profile
- Search for a customer, and go to their profile.
- Click the edit icon next to Available Loyalty Points.
- Enter the number of points you want to adjust to.
- If required, enter a Manager PIN and select a Reason for the adjustment.
- Click Adjust.
