Adjust loyalty points in Dutchie POS

If you need to manually adjust a customer’s loyalty point total for any reason, you can do so from the POS.

Things to consider

  • This article applies to Dutchie POS’s built-in loyalty features. You will follow a different process if you use a third-party loyalty integration.
  • By default, any user can adjust loyalty points. We recommend contacting Dutchie customer support to have your Registers configured to require a manager PIN and a reason for loyalty point adjustments.
  • You can only adjust loyalty points from the Register.
  • If you're switching to Dutchie POS or Dutchie Loyalty from another platform, our team can help migrate your existing customers and their point balances during the onboarding process.

Adjust loyalty points on a customer’s profile

  1. Search for a customer, and go to their profile.
  2. Click the edit icon next to Available Loyalty Points.

  3. Enter the number of points you want to adjust to.
  4. If required, enter a Manager PIN and select a Reason for the adjustment.
  5. Click Adjust.
