When a user wants to Add plants using Dutchie’s cultivation module, they can download a template, fill it out with plants, and upload the template to the cultivation module.

Things to consider

• The maximum number of plant records you can upload at once is 10,000. If your template has more than 10,000 records you’ll get an error message. 

Download template

Click this button to download a spreadsheet with columns (and respective headers) for all of the required fields:

• Mother Plant
• Batch*
• Date Planted*
• Type*
• Number to Create*
• Room*
• Subroom
• Notes
• Projected Harvest Date
• Projected Yield
• Projected Yield Weight 

To download a template: 

1. Go to Cultivation > Plants. 
2. Click Add. 
3. Click the Download template button. 

Upload plants

The Upload Plants button allows users to upload a filled-out template. As the file upload is processed, buttons should be disabled, or the screen should be disabled until the records are processed. To upload plants:

1. Go to Cultivation > Plants.
2. Click Add.
3. Click the Upload template button. 
4. Select the template you want to upload from your device. 
5. Ensure the required fields are populated with accurate information. 
6. Click Add.
