Flowhub | Dutchie E-Commerce - Process orders

Learn how to set up Flowhub to process orders in Dutchie E-Commerce.

If you have Order Sync enabled, you can have your Dutchie E-Commerce pickup and delivery orders sent to Flowhub. If you are integrated with Flowhub and are interested in enabling Order Sync for your dispensary, please reach out to support or your Customer Success Manager.

Pickup Order Workflow

1. When a consumer places a pickup order in Dutchie E-Commerce, the order will appear in your Current Orders tab in Dutchie E-Commerce Admin or on your Dutchie E-Commerce Terminal. Click “Confirm” to confirm the order.

2. The order will then show as confirmed and managed in Flowhub.

3. In Flowhub, you’ll find the order in the “New Orders” section of the Order Ahead tab.

4. Click the order to open it, and click the + button next to each item to fulfill the order.

5. Once you’ve fulfilled all the items on the order, the “Notify customer that order is ready” button will turn blue. Click this to trigger a text or email notification to the consumer to let them know their order is ready for pickup.

6. In Dutchie E-Commerce, the order will automatically move to the Past Orders section and be in a “Closed” status.

7. When the customer arrives, click “Check Out.” Tender the order and click “Check Out” again to complete the sale.

Delivery Order Workflow

1. When a consumer places a delivery order in Dutchie E-Commerce, the order will appear in your Current Orders tab in Dutchie E-Commerce Admin or on your Dutchie E-Commerce Terminal. Click “Confirm” to accept the order.

2. The order will then show as confirmed and managed in Flowhub.

3. In Flowhub, you’ll find the order in the “New Orders” section of the Order Ahead tab.

4. Click the order to open it, and click the + button next to each item to fulfill the order.
5. Once you’ve fulfilled all the items on the order, the “Finalize Order” button will turn blue. Click this to link the correct customer profile and finalize the order.

6. When the order has been fulfilled and is headed out of the store with your delivery driver, click the “Out for Delivery” button. This will trigger a text or email notification to the consumer to let them know their order is on the way.

7. In Dutchie E-Commerce, the order will now show as “In Transit”.
8. To complete the order in Flowhub, locate the order in the “Ready” section of the “Order Ahead” tab. Click “Check Out.” Tender the order and click “Check Out” again to complete the sale.

9. In Dutchie E-Commerce, the order will automatically move to the Past Orders section and be in a “Closed” status.
