Integrating with Google Analytics
To get started, use one of the methods below to locate the unique identifier of your Google Analytics account.
For Universal Analytics (UA), you'll need your Google Analytics Tracking ID. Locate your Tracking ID using this guide, taking note of the "Find your Google Analytics ID" section.
For Google Analytics 4 (GA4), you'll need your GA4 measurement ID, which can be found using this guide.
Once you have located your Google Analytics ID, open the dutchie admin and navigate to the integrations page under "settings".
Setup
Locate the "Google Analytics" integration and click "Learn More."

You'll now be presented with a dialog to enter your Google Analytics ID.
Depending on whether you're using Universal Analytics (UA) or Google Analytics 4 (GA4), you'll enter the Tracking ID or Measurement ID accordingly.

Setting Up Cross Domain Tracking
Dutchie offers support for enhanced user tracking referred to as “Cross Domain Tracking”. Given the nature of how dutchie’s menu embeds on 3rd-party websites through an iframe, tracking a customer’s source is not possible without the use of cross domain tracking.
Dutchie fully supports cross domain tracking as specified by Google Analytic’s documentation. For this system to work, please ensure that your website loads the google analytics script prior to the dutchie embedded menu snippet.
UA
To ensure that your UA property is configured for cross domain tracking, please follow this tutorial.
GA4
For Google Analytics 4 (GA4), you will need to set up cross-domain measurement by following this guide (found under "Set up cross-domain measurement via the Admin").
You should now see analytics data populating from your embedded menu within a few hours.
