Things to know
You must have appropriate settings permissions on your Dutchie E-Commerce user account to manage integrations. Please see your account administrator to update your account.
Follow this process to set up your Blaze | Dutchie E-Commerce Integration:
In Blaze
- Log into Blaze,
- Navigate to Global Settings.
- Under Company Settings, click Developer Keys.
- Click Add Key.
- Assign the key to the correct Blaze Shop Name and enter Dutchie POS as the Key Name.
- Click Save. An API key is automatically generated.
- Copy the API key from the Key column.
In Dutchie E-Commerce Admin
- In Dutchie E-Commerce Admin, navigate to Settings > Integrations.
- Select the Blaze tile from the Integrations menu.
- Click Learn More.
- Paste the API Key from Blaze, and click Connect.
- Map your Blaze product categories to the corresponding categories in Dutchie E-Commerce.
- Set your quantity thresholds.

Important
Loyalty does not sync.
Rooms
- To populate all rooms, leave the Inventory ID field blank in the Dutchie E-Commerce integration settings.
- To specify particular Inventories (rooms), enter the Inventory IDs in this field, multiples must be separated by commas.
- To find the Inventory ID in Blaze, navigate to Global Settings. Select Inventories and copy the inventory ID for the inventory you want to populate on your menu.
Images
Dutchie E-Commerce pulls images from Blaze. Images are located in the Manage Categories section
Potency
The Dutchie E-Commerce integration looks for values in the THC, CBD, THCa, and CBDa fields.
- If both THC and THCa are present, Dutchie E-Commerce will display the value in the THC field.
- If both CBD and CBDa are present, Dutchie E-Commerce will display the value in the CBD field.
Pricing
- Dutchie E-Commerce pulls Wholesale price/Fair Market Value.
Pricing Tiers
- Dutchie E-Commerce can build weights from price tiers for pre-packed products in Blaze. Pricing tiers can be enabled under Settings > Integrations >Blaze > Settings.
Discounts
- If a discount is applied in Dutchie E-Commerce, then when the order shows up in Blaze it will appear on the order in a discount line. We now pass line item (product-specific) discounts to Blaze in addition to order total discounts.
