With Dutchie E-Commerce you can customize the image banner for your store to implement different merchandising strategies.

Customize image banner
- Log in to your Dutchie E-Commerce Admin Portal.
- Go to Customize > Image Banners.
- Click Add image banner.
- Select the checkbox next to the platforms you want image banners displayed for.
Note: Platforms you can access are the only options displayed. For example, if you do not have a mobile app, it will not be pictured as an option. - Click Select file to upload an image banner.
Important: Be sure to adhere to image recommendations for size and file type to ensure best image compatibility. - Add links as needed to the banner.
- Click NEXT to move on to scheduling your image banner.
Schedule an image banner
This tutorial covers scheduling an image banner.
- Go to Customize > Image Banners.
- To Edit the schedule of an image banner, click the 3 dots (...) next to a banner in the overview screen and choose Edit.
- To create and schedule a new image banner, click the ADD IMAGE BANNER button.
- Follow the steps to customize your image banner(s).
- Click Next.
- Set up the schedule for your image banner. You can run the banner indefinitely, for a set number of days or for a time period on specific days.
- Once your schedule is set, click Continue.
- Review your banner and click Save to confirm.
Edit Image banners
- Go to Customize > Image Banners.
- Click the pencil icon to edit image banners.
- Click the X icon to delete image banners.
Troubleshoot logo images in Dutchie Kiosk
If Dutchie Kiosk displays another location's logo despite the correct logo showing in preview, you should clear the browser's cache, log out and log back in of the admin, and verify location settings. You can also try to upload the logo again.
