Use subcategories in Dutchie E-Commerce to improve product search

Subcategories in Dutchie E-Commerce make it easier for customers to search for specific types of products. For example, under the category for edibles, there are chocolates, gummies, baked goods, hard candy, chews, capsules/tablets, drinks, frozen treats, dissolvables, savory snacks, and more.

Things to know

• To utilize the following features, please reach out to Dutchie Support.
• Subcategories are set by default and products are auto-mapped to them based on the title of the product in your POS.

Add or change subcategories for items in Dutchie E-Commerce

1. Go to the Dutchie E-Commerce Admin > Menu > Click an Item > Subcategory
2. Add or change the subcategory.
3. Click Save.
