Manage user permissions across retail chains in Dutchie Ecommerce

Dutchie Ecommerce offers improved flexibility for managing user permissions across retail chains.  When adding a new user, or editing an existing user, use the “Location Access” dropdown to select one, several, or all locations. In order to perform these actions you need User Management permissions. Users with these permissions grant themselves access to any location.  

Change User Location Permissions

1. In Dutchie Ecommerce admin, under Settings, find your list of active users in the Users tab.
2. Click the user's name to open a modal window with that user's configurable options.
3. Use the dropdown labeled “Location Access” to select which locations the user can access.
4. Check the box of a single location, or several locations, or use the ‘Select All’ button to grant the user access to all chain locations.
5. Click Save to confirm any changes made to the user permission.
