Reprint labels in Dutchie POS

If labels fail to print for a transaction or if you need to reprint labels from a completed transaction, you can look up any past transaction and print labels for the products purchased. Note that this is only possible from the Register and not from the Backoffice.

If the transaction was today and processed on the same register

  1. Select Sales history.

  2. Browse the list for the transaction or search for the customer name, customer ID number, package ID from one of the products, or receipt number.
  3. Click the three dots and then Details.

  4. Click the Print button and then Print Receipt or select the Email Receipt button.

If the transaction was on a different day or different register

  1. From the Guest list page, enter the guest’s name in the search. 
  2. Click the pencil icon next to their name or the Edit Profile button on the guest pane.

  3. Click History.
  4. In the Transaction History list, click the three dots next to the transaction you want to print labels for and select Details.

  5. To print labels for every item in the transaction, click the Print button and then Print all labels.
    To print a label for a specific item, click the three dots next to the item in the Order summary section and then Print label.
