Cart transactions can be processed via scanning items or being added via manual search.
- Search for the customer using the guest search.
- Select the customer’s guest profile.
- Click Create Order.
- Scan the products to add items to the cart.
OR - Click Add items and search for the product.
If you want to require your employees to scan items and restrict the ability to manually add items only to managers, contact Dutchie Support to have the optional Require PIN to search feature enabled for your location. This will require a manager to enter their PIN when selecting Add Items.
