Configure Biotrack settings in Dutchie POS

Use this article to ensure your Biotrack settings are set properly.
When using Biotrack you’ll need to ensure your settings are properly configured for your location and configured to work properly within Dutchie POS. This article details Biotrack settings in the backoffice and nuances that may need to be configured for your integration to run smoothly.
Biotrack settings
Field | Description |
Enabled | Set to Yes to enable the Biotrack integration. |
State | The state your location is operating in. |
URL | The URL of your state site. |
Username | Username you use to log in to BioTrack. |
Password | Password you use to log in to BioTrack. |
UBI | Unique Business Identification. This number is provided by the state and connected to your license. This number should match what’s recorded in Biotrack. |
Location | Location number specific to the location you are setting up. You can find the location number under Switch Location in Biotrack. This number should match what is recorded in BioTrack. |
Use Training Mode | Use this when going through inspection. Once you are live, this should be set to No. |
Use Other Plant Material | Set to No. |
Report Discounted Prices | Allows you to report the discount price instead of the regular price. |
Use BioTrack Lab Data | Set to Yes to pull lab data from BioTrack automatically. |
Default BioTrack Labs in Recieve | Allows you to automatically pull labs from BioTrack when receiving inventory. |
Send Location Dispense Calls | Location number gets sent through the API. Required to be set to Yes for retailers. |
Use BioTrack Allotment Check | When set to Yes, Dutchie will read BioTrack to confirm a patient’s allotment amount. |
Report Room Movements | Allows movement of inventory to be reported. Set to Yes to report where your inventory has been moved. |
Prevent BioTrack Location Moves | Set to Yes to prevent BioTrack packages from being moved across locations. |
