Problems
- Employees with a Metrc API key attached to their profile, receive an error when they log into Dutchie POS and try to use their PIN.
- My metrc is set up, and my API keys are generated and integrated. I still can't ring people up. I am receiving an Unauthorized Metrc error upon checkout.
Solution
Confirm the individual user key is set up with the correct permissions in Metrc. Regenerate the API Key for the User and paste it into the Metrc Integration settings in the Backoffice. Settings > Integrations > Metrc > User Key > Locate User > Paste API Key, and click Save.
