Learn how to integrate Headset with Dutchie POS.
Headset is an advanced reporting platform that works with Dutchie POS to offer a comprehensive set of tools and features to help you optimize your dispensary operations and maximize revenue through advanced reporting.
Through the Dutchie + Headset integration, you can deliver reports directly to your team in real-time, identify the products driving your revenue, and supercharge your Dutchie reporting with more than 50 customer reports.
Things to know
- Headset creates a read-only integration that tracks inventory activity in Dutchie POS.
- You can turn off your Headset integration at any time. Only inventory data in your system is shared with Headset.
- If you are contacting Dutchie on behalf of a client, copy the dispensary you are reaching out for.
- Retrieving an API Key can take some time. Allow up to 48 hours to receive a token.
Integration requirements
- To activate this integration, contact support@dutchie.com to generate an API key for Headset.
- If you have multiple locations that will be connecting to Headset be sure to get an API token for each location.
Enable Headset integration in Dutchie POS
Request an API key for the Headset integration.
Provide the API key to Headset and tell them they can use the
/reporting/inventoryendpoint on the Dutchie Public API.
By default, Headset will have access to all of your Dutchie inventory via the API. If for any reason, you want to hide certain inventory rooms from Headset:
In the Dutchie Backoffice, to Settings > Location.
Enable the Assign Rooms To Menus setting, then click Save.
Go to Settings > Rooms.
Select a room that you want Headset to be able to access.
In the Room accessible by menus dropdown, select Headset.
Click Save.
Repeat for all rooms that you want accessible to Headset.
