Learn how to request API keys to set up your third-party integrations.

Things to know

  • For security purposes, an authorized account administrator must request API keys via email. Dutchie POS support agents will not provide API keys to any other party, and will not provide API keys via chat or phone.
  • Dutchie POS API keys never expire and should never need to be regenerated.

For approved integration partners

To request a Dutchie POS API key for an approved integration partner, send an email request to possupport@dutchie.com with the following information:

  • Name of third-party integrator
  • Dutchie POS location(s) that you want to connect to the third-party integrator
    • You will need one API key for each Dutchie POS location
    • Please specify the exact location name(s) as they appear in the Dutchie POS Backoffice

Dutchie POS support will then provide API keys for each location, which you can forward to the integrator to complete the integration setup.

Applications for integration approval

We will only generate and provide API keys for our approved integration partners. Any vendor that is not an approved Dutchie POS partner can apply through this form.

Once we’ve received a request from an authorized account administrator, we will provide the requested API keys typically within 3 business days.
