Use the Discontinue inventory management action to fix mistakes like converting the wrong product in Dutchie POS
Things to know
- The discontinue action does not transmit to Metrc. You’ll need to perform an identical adjustment in Metrc.
- Once a product has been sold or converted you will not be able to discontinue the package.
Discontinue inventory
- Go to Products > Inventory.
- Select the packages you want to Discontinue from the inventory list.
- Click the three dots … next to the package, and select Discontinue.
- Fill out the fields in the Discontinue inventory to complete the action and discontinue the inventory.
