Please take a moment to review this video tutorial for insights on Single Delivery, also known as Pizza Style Delivery. Single Delivery refers to the process of customers placing orders online, which are then assigned to drivers and vehicles by a delivery manager or hub manager. Drivers may be responsible for carrying one or more orders while on the road, without any additional unordered inventory in their fleet.

While New York does offer a separate license for delivery only, NY dispensary retailers do not need a separate license to participate in delivery. Please be mindful, retail operators should have a written delivery service plan available for inspection by the Office.
