Dutchie POS | Dutchie E-Commerce - Sync rooms to your integrated menu

Learn how to use rooms to control which products appear on your Dutchie E-Commerce Menu.

You can control which products appear on your Dutchie E-Commerce menu based on the Rooms you set up in Dutchie POS. 

There are two ways to do this:

Designate E-Commerce rooms in Dutchie POS

In the Dutchie POS Backoffice:

  1. Go to Settings > Rooms.
  2. Select a room containing inventory that you want to appear on your integrated E-Commerce menu.
  3. Check the box for E-commerce room.

  4. Ensure that the “Room accessible by menus” has Dutchie selected.

  5. Click Save.
  6. Repeat for any additional rooms that you want to appear on your menu.

Add Room IDs to the integration settings in Dutchie E-Commerce

Using this method overrides the E-Commerce room setting described above. Only the room IDs you enter in Dutchie E-Commerce will appear on your menu.

This method requires the API Pre Order Notify setting in Dutchie POS. Contact Dutchie POS support to have this setting enabled.

In the Dutchie POS Backoffice:

  1. Go to Settings > Rooms.
  2. Select a room containing inventory that you want to appear on your integrated E-Commerce menu.
  3. Make sure the box for Pre order room is checked.

  4. Copy the Room ID, which is the 4 or 5 digits at the end of the URL.

  5. In Dutchie E-Commerce, go to Settings > Integrations and select Dutchie POS.
  6. Paste the Room ID from Dutchie POS into the Room ID field. You can add multiple rooms separated by commas.
