New Jersey | Metrc delivery settings and guidelines - Dutchie POS

New Jersey operators conducting home delivery sales through Dutchie POS must do the following to appropriately log these sales in Metrc:

Update your Metrc integration settings in Dutchie POS

  1. In the Backoffice, go to Settings > Integrations > Metrc.
  2. On the Settings tab, find Delivery Transaction Action and select Metrc Delivery.

  3. Contact Dutchie Support to request that the Pass Delivery Id as Consumer Id setting be enabled for your location.
  4. Click Update.

Fill in the Driver's License field on customer profiles

Ensure each delivery customer has a Driver's License Number in the Personal section of their profile:

While a valid driver's license number is preferred, the only requirement for successfully posting the delivery to Metrc is that this field can't be left blank.

Optionally, you can make this required in the Backoffice by navigating to Customers > Configure > Fields, then selecting Required for the following:

  • Customer Profile (POS) section: (Drivers) License Number
  • Customer Profile (Backend) section: Drivers License

Enter Metrc badge numbers for each of your drivers

  1. In the Backoffice, go to Delivery > Configure > Drivers.
  2. Select a driver from the list.
  3. Ensure the driver's Metrc badge number is entered in the State ID number field.
