Submit a request to preserve and migrate your store's Dutchie POS data
- Read Preserve and migrate your store’s Dutchie POS data during changes to your business before you begin.
- Contact your Customer Service Representative or Implementation Specialist. Let them know you want to move, split, or merge data for your store.
- Share the answers to the following questions with them:
- Name and location of your store
- Why do you want to preserve your store’s historical data?
- What are your location’s operating hours?
- Main contact for the data preservation and migration
- Do you have any third-party integrations?
- The tentative date you would like to complete the data preservation and migration
- Once the information is received, a Dutchie Team member will reach out to schedule an initial call with you.
