- Check to make sure you have the appropriate permissions to complete this action. If you are missing permissions, you may not see some of the links and tabs noted here.
Issue
An automatic discount is not applying to a specific product that should be eligible based on the discount configuration
Solution
- In the Backoffice, go to Products > Catalog and select the product in question.
- Scroll to the Allow automatic discounts dropdown and select Yes
- Save.
If you don't see the Allow automatic discounts option on your products, go to Settings > Location and make sure Show Product Auto Discount Setting is enabled. Then, go to Products > Configure > Fields and make sure Allow automatic discounts is set to Show.
