Problem
I need to exclude a specific product from all discounts in Dutchie POS.
Solutions
For Automatic discounts:
- Go to Products > Catalog > Select product > Allow Automatic Discounts.
- Set to No, and click Save.
If you don't see the Allow automatic discounts option on your products, go to Settings > Location and make sure Show Product Auto Discount Setting is enabled. Then, go to Products > Configure > Fields and make sure Allow automatic discounts is set to Show.
For all other discounts:
When creating a non-automatic discount, exclude the specific product in the Requirements step. This will need to be done for each non-automatic discount if you want to exclude the product from all discounts.
