- "Barcode is currently invoiced and can not be modified"
- "Error sublotting package"
- "Does not match allowed route"

"Inventory is Not Unit Based and UOM Was Set as Each"
To successfully convert an intermediate product to a finished good, it must be a weight-based intermediate or lot product.
Ensure that all lot and intermediate inventory types are set as weight-based for the conversion to work.
Weight-based inventory can’t be shipped in Florida. Convert weight-based inventory to an External Category type that’s a finished good.
"Location License Not Found"
When trying to push a manifest, you receive an error stating that the barcode is in transit, but the records are not found in the specified "LocationLicense." The error message indicates that the order cannot be completed due to a location license issue.
- Confirm the packages in the manifest still exist and are still associated with the license you're using to send them out.
- Try removing some packages from the manifest.
- Use the integration audit to verify that the packages exist in both systems.
- Use the package lookup app to locate the packages across the entire Logistics Service Provider (LSP).
"Barcode is currently invoiced and can not be modified"
A package you're trying to convert was previously added to a transfer manifest that wasn't completed.
Try re-uploading the package to BioTrack, and then reattempt the conversion. Or, remove the package from the manifest and then sublot it into itself (i.e., use the sublot function to generate a new package ID with the same quantity).
"Error sublotting package"
This error likely indicates that there's a quantity discrepancy for the package between Dutchie POS and BioTrack, and the quantity you're attempting to sublot exceeds the available quantity in BioTrack.
Check the integration audit to see if the package has a discrepancy. You can also check Traceability > Logs for more information about the reason for the error.
To correct a quantity discrepancy between Dutchie POS and BioTrack:
- If Dutchie POS has the correct quantity, adjust the package by the amount currently on hand using an absolute adjustment, which pushes the same quantity to BioTrack and brings the quantity back into sync.
- If BioTrack has the correct quantity, adjust the package to match BioTrack and select Bypass state system.
"Does not match allowed route"
The product likely is configured incorrectly. Check the product has the correct route/order type set in the Catalog.
"Does not have sufficient quantity to deduct from 0<1"
This can result from transferring partial quantities of a package without sublotting first.
To avoid this possibility, contact Dutchie Support to request that the Require Entire Package to be Manifested feature be turned on for your location(s).
