Dutchie E-Commerce troubleshooting guide: Use IP address to block spam orders

Use this article to help resolve issues with receiving spam orders in Dutchie E-Commerce.

Problem

Receiving too many spam orders.

Solution

Block the IP Address(es) that spam orders are coming from:

  1. Run an Orders report from the Reporting tab in Dutchie E-Commerce Admin.
  2. Identify any spam orders and note the IP address. 
  3. This IP address can then be used by your website team to block the user from making future purchases.
