Create custom templates to streamline campaign setup and use filters and tags to organize your campaigns and make them easier to track and manage throughout their lifecycle.
This feature is available for all Loyalty & Marketing Pro customers.
Templates
This feature requires the user permissions View email templates and Create/Edit email templates.
Save time when creating future campaigns by creating templates for commonly used campaign designs.
Go to Marketing > Configure and select the Templates tab. Then select Create new template.
Choose Blank to create a new template from scratch, or select an existing template to modify and save as a new template.
Edit and review your template, then Save template.
Create a new campaign from a template
When creating a campaign, select your desired template in step 2 (for one-time blasts) or step 3 (for automated campaigns).
Edit an existing template
Go to Marketing > Configure, select the Templates tab, then select any existing template to make changes to it.
Tags
You can create unique tags and assign them to a campaign. Creating and assigning tags is a great way to sort and lookup past campaigns. To create Tags:
- Go to Marketing > Configure.
- Click the Tags tab.
- Click the Add tag button and enter a Tag name.
- Click Save.
When creating tags, make them easily identifiable and defining for a campaign. For instance, a tag called Abandoned cart can be specifically for campaigns created for abandoned cart emails. A tag called New customers can be specifically for campaigns created for new customers.
Assign tags to campaigns
When creating or editing a campaign, use the Tags dropdown on the Build content step to assign one or more tags to the campaign.
Filters
On the main Campaigns page, you can filter by Status, Channel, Tags, Segments, and Send date.
