- Complete all customer profile fields in Dutchie POS. Prioritize gathering Medical Marijuana State ID (if applicable), Phone Number, Email, Last Name, and Date of Birth. The more information provided, the better the system can accurately match profiles.
- Enable Send ID images to POS: This feature can aid the team in verifying customer identities and ensuring correct profile matching.
- Add additional checkout requirements in Dutchie Admin: Review Dutchie Admin > Settings > Checkout and configure settings like require driver's license to ensure comprehensive customer data collection during the online ordering process.
