Dutchie Loyalty & Marketing Pro customers now show personalized loyalty information to logged-in consumers in Dutchie E-Commerce. The loyalty display widgets that consumers see in Dutchie E-Commerce are based on whether the loyalty program uses tiers and whether points are redeemed as a payment method or for discounts. Widget show the following loyalty information:
- Current point balance.
- Current tier name and status (if applicable).
- Visual progress towards the next tier or next reward/discount, adapting its presentation based on the specific program rules configured by the retailer (spend needed, points needed, discount thresholds).
- Key program rules and descriptions as entered in Dutchie Backoffice.
