Send test SMS campaigns with Dutchie POS Loyalty & Marketing Pro

Learn how to set up test messages in Dutchie Loyalty and Marketing Pro.

Attention!

100 SMS messages must be sent every 90 days of your 10DLC approval. To maintain active approval, an SMS campaign must be sent at minimum every 90 days. An SMS campaign must be sent within 90 days of your 10DLC approval. To maintain active approval, we recommend sending an SMS campaign (or a test campaign) every 30 days.

To confirm your SMS Messaging is set up properly, we recommend sending a test messages to verify they look right and your links are directing correctly. To send a test SMS message:

  1. Set the SMS Message up as you would for the final message. Include links and images using the campaign builder, see Create and send SMS campaigns. 
  2. Click the three dots ... in the upper right of the Build content step.

  3. Select Send test message and enter the number you want to send the test SMS message to.
    Note: Be sure you have access to this number, and you can open and review the message.

  4. Click Send.

Troubleshooting: Test messages not sending

  • Integration is not setup properly. Check API key, other settings

  • Phone number was input incorrectly. Try sending another test message
