Round Up the Change: Set up donations to cannabis industry non-profits and associations

Create a round-up donation

1. In the Backoffice, go to Settings > Fees & donations.
2. Click Add fees/donation.
3. In the Type dropdown, select Ecomm Order Round Up.
4. Select one of the following organizations:
   • Last Prisoner Project
   • US Cannabis Roundtable
   • Mission Green
   • Michigan Cannabis Industry Association
5. The organization's name, URL, logo, and description are pre-populated.
   
6. Click Save.

Apply at the Register 

Once enabled, your employees can apply the round-up during checkout:

1. Add items to the cart as usual.

2. Click the three dots (...) button at the top of the cart.

3. Select Fees and donations.
   

4. Choose the organization from the list.

5. Click Apply. The cart total will update to the nearest whole dollar.

Apply in Dutchie E-Commerce

E-Commerce customers will also see a call to action to Make an impact and can click the toggle to round up their total.

Reporting

Use the Fee / Donation Summary report to determine how much you've collected for your selected organization(s).
