I need help fixing a room configuration issue

Use this article as a Dispensary Manager or Inventory Manager to troubleshoot why Dutchie POS inventory is missing from online menus due to Rooms settings.

What is the issue?

In Dutchie POS, only inventory in rooms that are explicitly pushed to e-commerce will be visible to customers. 

What’s causing the issue?

The most common cause is the “E-Commerce room” box is not checked for a specific storage area or the Sales Floor room is not linked to the Dutchie Admin POS integration.

How do I solve the issue?

  1. Navigate to Backoffice > Settings > Rooms.
  2. Locate the room where your inventory is currently stored, such as Sales Floor or Online Fulfillment.
  3. Ensure the “E-Commerce room” box is checked.
  4. Verify that the “Room accessible by menus” field has Dutchie selected.
  5. Click Save for each updated room.
  6. Verify the change by checking the online menu after the next sync cycle.
