With automated CCRS reporting, you can avoid the manual process of downloading reporting files from Dutchie POS and uploading them into CCRS.
After you've set up automated CCRS reporting, Dutchie POS will automatically report required compliance data to CCRS every 5 minutes.
Set up automated CCRS reporting
Repeat these steps for each of your locations.
Add Dutchie as a third-party integrator in CCRS
- Go to https://cannabisreporting.lcb.wa.gov/.
- Enter the SAW username and password for your location.
- From the Account drop-down, choose Licensee.
- Click the Edit button to add Dutchie as a third-party integrator.
- Under the Approved Integrators section, select Manage Integrators.
- Choose Dutchie POS from the list of approved integrators.
- Click Update.
When you return to the Edit License page, you should see Dutchie POS listed in the Approved Integrators section.
Turn on automated CCRS reporting
- In the Dutchie POS Backoffice, go to Settings > Integrations > CCRS.
- Set Enable Automatic Upload to Yes.
- In the Email Errors To field, enter the email address where you want to receive messages from CCRS for this location. Automated reporting will not run unless an email address is entered here.
- Click Update.
- You'll need to report manually for the time leading up to when you complete the setup. If you complete the set-up today, remember to manually report up through yesterday.
Review daily reports
At the end of each day, this email address will receive a report of any errors that occurred during your transaction reporting. If you don't receive this email at the address you entered, check your spam filter and make sure noreply@leaflogix.com isn't being blocked or detected as spam by your email provider.
As an attachement to this email, we will include the traditional .csv error responses from CCRS for each file type.
Keep in mind that most "Duplicate" errors in these .csv files represent data that was submitted by Dutchie, but already exists in CCRS. These redundant submissions do not represent an adverse effect on your traceability reporting.
