Dutchie’s CCRS validation tool flags specific issues that impact CCRS reporting. Washington operators can use these insights to resolve issues and keep reporting up to date.
Things to know
This feature requires the user permission View CCRS Integration. Find it under Users > Permission Groups > Integrations.
How it works
In the Dutchie Backoffice, go to Settings > Integrations > CCRS.
The Validation tab shows all issues that will block CCRS reporting, organized into sub-tabs for issues related to Rooms (Areas), Strains, Products, and Packages (Inventory)
If a tab is empty, it means there are no issues to resolve all data for that section has passed validation.
An alert at the top of a column means there is at least one issue to resolve in that column. Each row shows the room, strain, product, or package with an issue. Hover your cursor over the alert icons to see what specifically needs to be resolved for each row, such as a product missing a value in the regulatory category field.
If you don’t see any alert icons but also don’t see a “no issues found” message, alerts may be hidden because the relevant data columns are also hidden. Click the cog wheel and then check the boxes in the column configuration to show any hidden columns that may contain alerts.
On the Products and Packages tabs, clicking a row will take you directly to the product or package’s detail page in a new tab where you can resolve the issue, such as adding a missing field value or
Strain-related errors may be due to a missing a Strain value on a product in your Catalog:
Or an issue with the strain itself that you can resolve in Products > Strains.
Once you've resolved all identified issues, automated reporting to CCRS will be unblocked.
