Please Note: There is a difference between Dutchie Brand Portal Brands and Brands in Dutchie POS Backofffice.
Dutchie Brand Portal is accessed via brands.dutchie.com. The brand portal empowers brands to upload and maintain product information, images, and descriptions, which merchandise across hundreds of retailers.
Brands in Dutchie POS Backoffice is found via Dutchie POS Backoffice Products Brands. It helps user access brands their dispensary comes in contact with. Brands can be assigned to products, printed on labels, or used to manage discounts. Use Brands to add new brands, edit and delete brands, and search for brands in your network.
From Brands you can manage the brands your dispensary comes in contact with. Brands can be assigned to products, printed on labels, or used to manage discounts. Use Brands to add new brands, edit and delete brands, and search for brands in your network. To manage Brands:
Go to Products > Brands.
Add a new brand
- Click the Add brand button.
- On the Add Brand page, enter the name of the brand you want to add in the Name field.

Click Save.
Delete a brand
- Search for the brand you want to delete.

Click the three dots at the end of the row.

Select Delete.
Note: Deleted brands are inactive in the system. You can view inactive brands by checking the Show inactive brands box.
Sort and filter brand list
- Click the Brand Name column header to sort the list in ascending or descending order.
- Optional: Check the Show inactive brands box to see the brands that are marked as inactive.
- Optional: Click the column name again to sort from descending to ascending order.
