Manage Store Info in Dutchie E-Commerce

Settings > Store Info houses details about your dispensary such as your address, phone number, website, time zone, payment fees, and more.

This page is only visible to users with the Store Settings permission.

Information you can manage

Address

This should contain your dispensary's physical address. This information appears in your consumer-facing menu's "info" section under "Location." Customers will also see a map showing them where your dispensary is located.

Alternatively, you can check the box for Hide store address and map in the Store Display section. When checked, customers will not see your dispensary address or general location on a map. Delivery-only dispensaries commonly use this.

Note: If your location shows up incorrectly on the location map, you will need to correct this directly with Google. You can find information about adding and updating addresses in the Google Maps documentation.

Description

This is a space to list any information about your dispensary that you want customers to know, such as your mission, where you are located, or the kinds of products you sell.

Your Description does not show on your customer-facing menus. Place announcements in your Text Banner in the Customize section to share important ordering information with your customers.

Main Phone

This is your store's phone number. This is not displayed to customers as we encourage customers to reach out to Dutchie E-Commerce Support so that we may assist them with any questions they might have during the ordering process.

Order Confirmation

To receive email notifications when a new order comes in check the Order Confirmation box and click add email to enter an email address to receive the notifications.

Website and Embed URL

  • Website is your dispensary's main web address.
  • Embed URL is the web address for your embedded dutchie.com menu.

Timezone

Select the timezone that your dispensary is located in.

Menu Weights

Choose whether you want your menu to show weights in Ounces or Grams.

Store Display

This section includes the following options:

  • Enable age gate for subdomain menu: Adds an age verification prompt to subdomain menus, similar to the one on dutchie.com. A subdomain that has been configured on your behalf by Dutchie Support is a prerequisite for this setting.
  • Hide store address and map: Don't show customers your store address or location on the map.
  • Hide delivery estimate: Don't show customers an estimated delivery time.

Payment Fees

Note: If you're integrated with Dutchie POS and have enabled Discount Sync, taxes and fees shown in carts and applied at checkout are based on Dutchie POS settings. Learn more.

Select + Add Fee to add a flat amount or percentage that you want to automatically add to all orders of a given payment type.

Click the X next to a fee to delete it.

If you also use Dutchie POS and accept Pay by Bank, go to Settings > Checkout and check the box for Enable consumer surcharge for Pay by Bank, then contact Dutchie Support for assistance with setting up a corresponding Pay by Bank fee in Dutchie POS.

Category Limits

Category Limits only take effect if the Bypass state purchase limits setting in the Store Menu tab is also turned on. This option is rarely used and not recommended for most operators.

By default, market-specific purchase limits are automatically enforced and are not user-configurable. Category Limits override these purchase limits and allow you to configure your own limits for each category.

Delivery and Pickup Estimate

Dutchie.com shows estimated times for pickup and delivery when consumers browse dispensaries or navigate to your dispensary's menu.

By default, pickup and delivery estimates are based on a Dutchie algorithm that takes the past 20 orders of each type and calculates the average time from receiving an order to marking it “Ready for Pickup” or “Ready for Delivery.”

Alternatively, for either order type you can select a Manual delivery estimate and a range of 10 to 300 minutes in 10-minute increments.

Dispensaries offering next-day deliveries, scheduled deliveries, or those experiencing long delays with delivery times may instead choose to hide delivery estimates by checking the box for Hide delivery estimate in the Store Display section. Pickup estimates cannot be hidden.
